Please join us for the Hazen Memorial Hospital Association Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 24^th at Hazen City Hall. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with a free dinner being served at 5:30; and business meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend.

Join us on Wednesday, October 23^rd for the 3^rd Annual Women’s World of Wellness event where women can stop & shop while taking care of their wellness screenings! SMC Mammography Marathon is from 7 am‐7 pm; offering 3D Mammography, call 7017487278 to schedule. CCCHC will have providers available for physicals, screenings, immunizations and more!
