Sakakawea Medical Center is pleased to welcome Madison Vance, PT, DPT, to our Rehabilitation Team. Madison began practicing at SMC in June.
Madison is originally from Faith, South Dakota. She received her education at the University of Mary, earning a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2018 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021. Madison brings clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics including sports rehab, rural hospital, acute care experience including neurologic, cardiac, and ortho/trauma diagnoses. She is an LSVT BIG certified therapist, which is a specialized therapy for patients with Parkinson's disease.

The Annual Meeting of the Hazen Memorial Hospital Association will be held on Thursday, October 27 at Hazen City Hall. Free blood pressure screenings will begin at 5:00 p.m. Supper will be served at 5:30 p.m., with the business meeting following at 6:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
