Hazen Memorial Hospital Association Annual Meeting – October 26

Please join us for the Hazen Memorial Hospital Association Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 26 at Hazen City Hall. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with a free dinner being served at 5:30; and business meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month

1 in 4 women will fall victim to domestic violence at some point during her life. Also, women in their early 20s are at the highest risk of suffering domestic abuse. Main Entrance Hours Temporarily Closed To Accomodate Construction Activities

Effective Thursday, October 5th the Main Entrance of SMC that is currently being used to access the clinic, hospital and outpatient services will be temporarily closed until regular business hours on Monday, October 9th to accommodate construction activities. All staff, visitors and patients will be required to access the hospital for outpatient and/or clinic services through the Emergency Entrance during this time period.

Diabetes Basics Course

Well Child Checks

Are you on track? Coal Country Community Health Center is offering backpacks filled with summer fun!
