Due to low demand, Coal Country Community Health Center will not be holding weekly COVID-19 testing events at WRT. Asymptomatic and symptomatic patients may contact the CCCHC Hazen Clinic to inquire about opportunities for COVID-19 testing. CCCHC Center and Killdeer patients should continue to contact their clinic to discuss opportunities for COVID-19 testing.

Coal Country Community Health Center has COVID-19 vaccine doses available for patients. If you are interested in receiving the vaccine, call CCCHC to be placed on a list. Because supplies are limited, vaccines are distributed on guidance from CDC and ND Department of Health.

Testing will be offered from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Those wanting to be tested are asked to enter from 3rd Avenue and form a line on 1st Street. Pre-registration at testreg.nd.gov is strongly recommended.

CCCHC will be offering CCCHC will be offering drive‐thru flu shots on Monday, December 14 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Flu shots will be administered in the WRT Garage (the old grocery store) in Hazen. Please call 7018734445 to make an appointment. Appointments are required. High‐dose vaccines are also available for patients age 65 and up.
