Individuals wanting to be tested are asked to enter west of the Mercer County Ambulance building and drive through the SMC Ambulance Bay to be tested. Free Community Surveillance COVID‐19 Testing Event

Custer Health will be hosting a COVID‐19 testing event in Beulah (1101 3rd Avenue NW) from 10 a.m. to noon on July 27, or until testing supplies are exhausted. Individuals wanting testing are asked to line up south to north, starting at 9th Street (Dollar General) prior to the event. Vehicles will enter the Custer Health parking lot from the frontage road and will exit onto Third Avenue after testing. Pre‐registration for this event is available at https://testreg.nd.gov/. This process is not required to be completed in order to receive a test, but is recommended to speed up your overall testing event experience. Please complete the entire questionnaire. Pre‐registration does not guarantee test availability. Testing events are subject to change.
