Eat Breakfast. Start your morning with a healthy breakfast that includes lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Try making a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, low‐fat cheese, salsa and a whole wheat tortilla or a parfait with low‐fat plain yogurt, fruit and whole grain cereal.

Greek yogurt can be substituted for mayo (in tuna and chicken salad). Add some herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice, and they’ll taste almost identical. This swap will save on calories and fat and provide an extra dose of protein.

Overuse of antibiotics can make you more resistant to the drugs over time, making them less effective when you really need them. They should be used only for bacterial infections, not for viruses. Only take when prescribed and don’t save or share antibiotics when you’re done using them.
